This week the Brocton Central School District celebrates National School Social Worker week. It is important to recognize those individuals who go above and beyond in their jobs, and Ms. Amber Nickerson-Buchanan, Mrs. Laura Neratko, and Mrs. Abigail Walker are certainly three of those people.
Their tireless efforts in supporting and advocating for the well-being of our students have not gone unnoticed. Their dedication to their work and the positive impact they have on our students' lives is truly remarkable. Their unwavering commitment to their profession is a testament to their character and the values they uphold.

Prospective Board Member packets can be obtained at the District Office Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM until April 22nd. Petitions for Prospective Board members must be submitted to the District Office no later than 5:00 PM on April 22nd.

Come and join us at the 6th Annual Family, School, and Community Connections Symposium and the Brocton Central School District Mobile Medical Unit Health and Wellness Fair on Friday, March 15th from 8 AM to 3:45 PM. Enjoy a day of visiting with over 60 service providers, guest speakers, food trucks, and free breakfast provided by the school district and Fidelis Care. On the day of the event, attendees are requested to park at the High School Gymnasium parking lot located on School Street. This will provide convenient access to the event location and help facilitate smooth traffic flow in the area.

On Tuesday, March 12th at 6:00 PM in the Auditorium there will be a presentation by the Chautauqua County Emergency Services Team in collaboration with the Brocton Fire Department about the April 8th Solar Eclipse event and the impact the anticipated tourism could have for travel and emergency response in Western New York. https://5il.co/2f9tu

The Board of Education of the Brocton Central School District has canceled its Regular meeting on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, and will be rescheduled on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room.
The district calendar has been updated as of February 14, 2024. The Middle/High School Awards Program has been rescheduled to June 12th in the Auditorium due to the senior trip. This is a friendly reminder that the Brocton Central School District will begin Mid-Winter Recess February 19th 2024 and end Mid-Winter Recess on February 23rd 2024. Classes will resume on February 26th 2024
Softball signups: Tomorrow Feb. 10th there will be Softball Little League signups for this year from 10-12 and Tuesday from 6-8pm or anyone that is 16 or younger as of December 31, 2023.
