Greetings Education Partners,
Person-Centered Services invites you and your students and families with Intellectual/Developmental Disability (I/DD), and staff to participate in our Transition Services Virtual Expo 2022! These live regional virtual events will be hosted via Zoom on Tuesday, May 24 , Wednesday, May 25, and Thursday, May 26, from 6-8p.m. The intended audiences are transition-age students (14-21 yrs) and their families, Special Education personnel, and Care Coordinators.
The format will include a brief welcome and introduction from Person Centered Services staff, then all attendees will go to breakout rooms of their choice. Each provider agency will host a breakout room that offers information about transition/adult services, eligibility criteria, referral processes, and vacancies. More detail about how to approach the breakout rooms will follow once you are registered.
Our goal is to improve outcomes for students with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families as they approach adulthood. Through collaboration, education, and networking, we will help individuals and families reach their potential!
