At the December 20, 2023 Board of Education meeting, the amended 2023-2024 School Calendar was approved.
On February 2, 2024, a full-day of school will take place with both students and staff in attendance. This day will correspond to Day 3 on the calendar (it is a Day 3 because April 8, 2024 (The Solar Eclipse Day) was supposed to be a Day 3).
On April 8, 2024, a Superintendent Conference Day is scheduled. This day will entail no school for students, while staff members are required to report at 7:30 AM.
The Middle/High School Awards Program has been rescheduled from June 7th to June 12th in the Auditorium due to the senior trip.
June 20th will be a full day of school for grades PreK through 6th grade.
At the March 19, 2024 Board of Education meeting, an amended 2023-2024 School Calendar was approved. On April 26, 2024, there will be an early dismissal for students. Elementary Early Dismissal at 12:00 p.m. PreK & Middle/High School Early Dismissal at 11:00 a.m. No lunches will be served. The Brocton Central School District staff members will be participating in a Professional Development Training session in the afternoon.
The revised June 2024 Calendar as of May 23, 2024 for the Brocton Central School District is as follows: The last day of regular school for Grades 7-12 is Thursday, June 13, 2024. There will be an additional early dismissal for grades PreK-6th on Thursday, June 20, 2024.
