Brocton Elementary students have been working hard to achieve their reading goals in the online Successmaker program. Many of them met their mid year goals and were rewarded with their choice of playing outside in the snow or participating in a escape room type of game called Breakout. Here are some photos of the Breakout game, where students worked together and problem solved to find the clues they needed to unlock a box secrued with multiple locks. Math and ELA skills were also incoproated into the challenges. Each group had a great time (there were a lot of laughs and surprises)! The students were super sleuths, solving all the puzzles to unlock the locks.
