Mrs. Maybee's ENL students honored Veterans Day by learning about the importance of veterans and their contributions to our country. Over the past few days, students explored the role of veterans in our history and practiced their English skills to write heartfelt thank-you notes. Each student expressed gratitude in their own words, combining language learning with meaningful reflection. This activity allowed them to improve their English and grammar skills while showing appreciation for those who have served. Thank you veterans!
